Enact Youth Skills Company supports organisations and individuals to implement youth empowerment projects through research, strategy, project management and training development in TVET. The company was formed by TVET Experts Hope Muturi and Scolar Odhiambo after seeing the need to scale TVET and Youth Empowerment projects in Kenya and Sub Saharan Africa.

Scolar Odhiambo Managing Partner - Operations

Scolar is an accomplished youth development specialist and career counsellor, having led youth mentorship and development programs for over 10 years. Scolar has a strong background in IT. She has offered IT, Technical and Database support to organizations for 20 years. Scolar is keen on the digitalization of TVET, and has been involved in implementing projects that support relevant digital skills and technologies.
Hope Muturi
Managing Partner - Business Development

Hope is a highly sought after TVET Specialist with over 10 years of industry experience. Hope has led multiple TVET projects for the private sector and for the Kenyan government. Hope’s tagline is “I am TVET!” being a proud TVET Graduate. She is applauded for her astute capabilities to get things done while maintaining good relationships with stakeholders.
Ken Kiptoo Associate - Business Development and Administration

Ken is an Economist with over 5 years’ experience in youth mentorship, research and project management. He has been instrumental in scaling up businesses in Kenya and tapping into the huge potential of African youth. Ken is also a vocal supporter of Going Green and sustainable development.
